Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy in case of faulty deliveries or any damages with the delivered product, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Youโ€™ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can call us (+971 56 566 1166) or send us an email atย contact@thewatchscanner.com. The items should be delivered to our store or representative to be inspected, then your request will be under review subject to management approval.


Once your return is accepted, weโ€™ll deliver a new item of the exact specifications within 3 working days or issue a credit note under your name to be used for future purchases. No refunds are granted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the claim and fix it. You have 3 working days to claim any damaged item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. You have 7 days to exchange your product as long it's sealed, unworn, unused or unopened, still in the original packaging with all the inclusions and papers.
